Errol Antiques and Vintage Fair

1st of May and 7th of August 2027

We would love to welcome you all to Scotland’s newest Antiques Fair here in the gorgeous Perthshire countryside! With the offering of both indoor and outdoor venues, we can accommodate hundreds of traders and almost 2000 free car parking spaces for visitors. Our two dates next year are:

  • Saturday the 1st of May 2027
  • Saturday the 7th of August 2027

Our venue also offers camping for both vendors and customers.  Our camping facilities include: a shower and toilet block, sluice point, and evening meals supplied by our farm shop café. Bookings for customer camping will open shortly.

For vendors, we are offering a complimentary early Friday set-up with B-to-B trading amongst other registered vendors.

INDOOR SPACE

Our exhibition hall can accommodate 200 tables, located right next to our sit-down café and bakery. The tables will be 6ft trestle tables that our team will set-up for you, so no need to hassle with bringing your own! Pricing is as follows (no hidden fees):

  • One table: £30
  • Each additional table thereafter: £10
  • Camping: £15 per night (Friday before the event, and/or Saturday the night of)

OUTDOOR SPACE

We are looking for featured vendors to take an outdoor spot front and centre of the event on our Market Green Field (1.3 acres). Located near to our sit-down café and bakery, it also faces the car park and will be the first venue customers see upon arrival. Pricing is as follows:

  • Standard 5 meter by 10 meter pitch: £45
  • Each additional meter thereafter: £10
  • Table hire (if required): £10 per table
  • Camping: £15 per night (Friday before the event, and/or Saturday the night of)
